Coffee Donkey is a coffee subscription company. Subscribers regularly get a different coffee in the mail for a low monthly fee. Who wouldn't love a new (and different) coffee each month? Soooo many great coffee roasters... so little time! What is the pricing? Are there any other fees? You can see the pricing on the SUBSCRIBE page. We tried to make our pricing very transparent and simple. Reach out to us at any time with questions. No shipping fee, no handling fees. How much is shipping? Shipping is FREE! Is your payment processing secure? Yes, very secure! We proudly use Stripe and MoonClerk as our payment processor. MoonClerk provides bank level security so you don't have to worry about it - full SSL encryption and PCI compliance. Can I give a subscription to Coffee Donkey as a gift? Yes! A subscription to Coffee Donkey makes a wonderful gift to any coffee drinker on your gift list. Simply use your gift recipients name and mailing address when subscribing. Reach out to us if you have any questions or want us to help you with the process. A Coffee Donkey subscription is the gift that keeps on giving... and giving... and giving... Can I cancel at any time for any reason? Sure. You can cancel any time. We hope that you won't, but if you want to cancel, you can do so at any time by sending us an email. No questions asked! Do you really "give back" to the community? Yes! We take our social responsibility very seriously. We know that a lot of the coffee in America comes from Guatemala. We also know that the economy in Guatemala is not as robust as it is in America. It turns out, however, that there are a lot of college students in the USA who visit Guatemala each semester to help "grow" the coffee economy. For each new subscription to Coffee Donkey, Coffee Donkey will donate $1 to a university student visiting Guatemala for academic credit.
